Pre-orders are now open for our pastured chicken, anticipated to be available around late May/early June. Each chicken will weigh between 4.5 and 5.5 pounds. ๐
Pricing is structured as follows:
๐$15 per whole chicken,
๐$9 per half,
๐$5 per quarter for wing and breast or $4 per quarter for leg and thigh.
๐ฅSpatchcock chickens are $18,
๐8-piece packs are $20.
๐ปOur parted products include: wings ($4/lb), thighs ($4/lb), legs ($4/lb), and breast ($5/lb).
๐For organ enthusiasts, heart, liver, and gizzard sets can be added for $1.50. Bulk organ purchases include liver or gizzards at $4/lb, hearts at $5/lb, and chicken feet (5 lb bags) at $10.
Whatever is not pre-ordered by May 1st, will be first come first serve. We plan on having a few of each cut option, with a majority cut up into parts packages.

Also available:
Ducks- Ready starting in June. $30/duck. They should average about 5#. Will include giblets and neck.
They will be shrink bagged and frozen. A $10/duck is required.
Geese-Ready this Fall. $75/goose. They should average about 8+#. Will include giblets and neck.
They will be shrink bagged and frozen. A $25/goose deposit is required.
Turkey- Ready this Fall. $4/lb. They will vary from about 13-27#. Will include giblets and neck.
They will be shrink bagged and frozen. A $25/turkey deposit is required.
Will possibly have guinea available Mid August after county fair.
All deposits are non refundable, unless we cannot fulfill your order.
All birds are hormone and antibiotic free, and able to be out and about.
