DRSP Group is looking for reliable, detail-oriented independent contractors to serve legal documents in MN. This is flexible, independent work ideal for anyone with a reliable vehicle, & strong time management.
What you'll do:
* Deliver legal documents (summons, subpoenas, court filings) to individuals and businesses
* Document service attempts with photos, GPS, and timestamps via our mobile app
* Manage your own schedule within service deadlines
What we're looking for:
* Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Must be able to pass a background check
* Familiarity with the following county roads and neighborhoods preferred: ALL of Southwest MN
* Prior process serving or legal experience is a plus but not required — we provide training
* Smartphone required (iPhone or Android)
Compensation: Per-serve pay ranging from $30–$45+ depending on document type, location, and urgency. High-volume areas can generate strong weekly income on a flexible schedule.
