I am looking to rent the lower level or basement of a home .
Haveing my own space would be great so a living room and bathroom would be nice.
Shared laundry area is ok .
I don't cook big meals so an area for a small fridge and microwave would Be great as well.
I could pay $900 a month $1000 if a garage stall is included
I do not smoke or have pets and I keep things very clean .
